WHITE CASHMERE
Specializing in white cashmere, BODIOS annually sources 80 tons, ensuring traceability through a partnership with the White Goat Bayangobi cooperative.
With 800 families and 200,000 white goats under its purview, this collaboration not only guarantees quality but also supports the livelihoods of cooperative members.
Baylag Ulzii LLC, the producer of the BODIOS brand since 1991, initially engaged in basic trading activities with minimal resources. Focused on livestock products, especially from the camel and yak breeding herds of Bayankhongor province, the company evolved with a forward-thinking approach.
Starting in 2003, BODIOS began selectively collecting young camel hair, offering competitive prices to herders and producing high-quality yarns for the Mongolian knitting industry.
With expanded expertise in cashmere production since 2006, BODIOS has become a leading national producer of cashmere products, renowned for its exceptional yak down and camel wool that epitomize true luxury fibers.
BODIOS excels in crafting a diverse array of knitwear and woven products, with an annual production capacity of approximately 90,000 finished items, including hats, gloves, dresses, coats, pants, tops, socks, and various home textile products.
BODIOS incorporates yak down, cashmere, and baby camel wool in their production processes, demonstrating versatility. Their advanced processing capabilities allow them to handle over 100 tons of raw material, showcasing a commitment to quality and innovation.
